Many reviewers note that these bones saved their wood trim, furniture legs, and baseboards from being ruined.Unmatched Durability & Value: Owners of "super chewers"—who routinely obliterate plush or soft rubber toys in minutes—report that these bones last for weeks or even months.
Buying the 4-pack is highly recommended by users as a cost-effective bulk solution compared to purchasing individual shapes.Clever, Paw-Friendly Design: Customers frequently highlight that the unique curved or raised shapes make it easy for dogs to steady the bones with their paws, maximizing chewing angles.Irresistible Scents & Flavors: Unlike cheap plastic toys with surface coatings, Benebones have authentic food particles infused entirely through the nylon.
Reviewers note their dogs are instantly hooked by the scent and treat them with "utter devotion."⚠️ Minor Complaints & ConsiderationsThe "Lego" Factor: Some customers point out that as dogs gnaw on the nylon, the ends develop sharp, rough edges. Stepping on a discarded, rough Benebone in the dark is notoriously painful. A user on Reddit suggested smoothing down sharp edges with sandpaper to extend its life.Beware of the Zaggler: A few owners noted a unique hazard regarding the rolling "Zaggler" toy.
Because it is rounder and rolls easily, accidentally stepping on it can cause a slip hazard for humans.Hardness Warning: Because nylon is an intentionally rigid, hard material, it relies on your dog having strong, adult teeth. It is not recommended for teething puppies or senior dogs with compromised dental health.💬 Real Owner PerspectivesPet parents with dogs prone to swallowing toy pieces express immense relief at how safely these wear down.“She is able to chew without damaging the house, and without breaking off huge chunks of bone which could harm her...
I like that pieces are not ending up in her GI tract.”5.0chewy.com · Reviewed by Sarah · 6 months agoOwners love how intensely the shapes capture their dog's focus compared to flat bones.“She will gnaw on the bone for 30 minutes at a time with fervor - very satisfying for her. Each bone lasts several weeks... I love that there is a 4-pack of different shapes now.”5.0chewy.com · Reviewed by Leslie · 7 months ago🏆 Final VerdictHighly Recommended. If you own a medium-sized dog (under 60 lbs) that views standard toys as a personal challenge to destroy, the Benebone Medium 4-Pack is a stellar investment.
It provides incredible flavor variety, exceptional longevity, and long-lasting boredom relief. Just monitor the bones for excessive wear and discard them once larger chunks begin to splinter.
